Sports taping (including kinesio taping and rigid taping) is used to support muscles and joints, reduce pain, and aid recovery.
Glenn Kinder Massage Therapy is located in Altona Meadows, providing remedial and sports massage to clients in Altona, Point Cook, Laverton, Seabrook and surrounding areas.
I used to live near Glenn’s business and it was a no-brainer to visit because he’s the best. I’ve since moved, and tried various other massage therapists, but now I travel across town for his service because I’m surer than ever that he’s the best.
