Are you ready to feel better?

Do you have sore muscles? Perhaps general stiffness, back pain or a sports injury? If so, then remedial massage can help you feel better and get moving again.

Don’t put up with the pain and discomfort any longer. Make a booking today with a professional remedial massage therapist, and get back to doing all the things you enjoy.

What is remedial massage?

It’s a hands-on treatment that stimulates blood flow to the injured area, to promote healing and reduce tension. We are trained in anatomy and to restore balance within the muscles and tendons. Our treatments increase blood flow to the injured area which triggers a self-healing process.

Benefits of remedial massage

  • Reduced muscle tension
  • Improved blood circulation
  • Reduced stress
  • Improved mental health
  • Increased joint mobility
  • Reduced chronic pain symptoms
  • Improved soft tissue injury recovery

What can I expect?

Glenn Kinder will discuss your injury and medical history to assess your condition. Based on the diagnosis, Glenn uses a range of techniques when treating pain and injuries, including:

  • Firm massage
  • Active release techniques
  • Kinesio or sports taping
  • Dry needling, stretching and mobilisation
  • Soft tissue therapy

Patients often report immediate relief following a treatment, but you can also feel sore for a few days. If necessary, we will refer you to another specialist or get a further diagnosis from one of our Osteopaths.
