Making an appointment is easy, but knowing what you need, who you should see or the types of treatments… It can be a bit daunting if you’re unsure.

No, you do not need a referral for any of our services.

Go to the Online Booking Page and click on the Book Online button, then choose an appointment time that suits you. You will get a reminder text 24 hours before the appointment. You can also call Glenn to discuss your ailment and he can recommend a service. His number is also on the Book Online page.

There is a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment total if you cancel less with less than 24hrs notice. This is because we cannot fill your appointment slot with that little notice.

Remedial massage is a therapeutic treatment designed to address specific musculoskeletal issues, while relaxation massage focuses on promoting overall relaxation and stress relief

Dry Needling should not hurt, but you will feel a small prick at the site of the treatment, followed by a slight dull ache in the affected area.

Generally one to three treatments but in more chronic conditions, treatment is ongoing.

Absolutely not, we welcome all types of injuries and ailments.

Every case is different, so ask your practitioner.

Glenn Kinder is TAC and WorkCover Approved but all patients are required to pay for their consultation at the time of the appointment. A receipt will be issued and it is the responsibility of the patient to contact the third party payer for reimbursement.
