Most workplace injuries are preventable. With the right stretches and awareness, staff can look after themselves better — at work and at home.
Glenn Kinder brings over 25 years of experience treating workplace injuries to deliver programs that are interactive, practical and tailored to your team’s needs.
What are Workplace Health Programs?
Workplace health programs are onsite sessions delivered to businesses, schools, or councils.
They focus on the most common workplace injuries and complaints — and, more importantly, what staff can do to prevent and manage them.
Typical issues include:
- Sitting for long periods
- Poor posture and desk setup
- Heavy lifting and repetitive strain
- Sports or pre-existing injuries made worse at work
What to expect in a workshop?
Workshops are interactive and typically run for around one hour. During a session:
- Staff learn about the most common workplace injuries and their causes
- Glenn demonstrates simple stretching and mobility techniques
- Participants practise the exercises in real time
- Each staff member receives a Theraband and stress ball to take home
- Ongoing support is provided via links to demonstration videos
Healthier staff are more productive, take fewer sick days, and feel more engaged at work.
